Makes 1 sandwich
- 2 slices brioche, butter
- 5 meat the crunch salami chips
- ¼ fresh avocado, sliced
- 1 piece of Romaine lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- Your favorite mayonnaise to taste
Butter slices of brioche on both sides. Heat a saute pan. Put both slices on a hot pan for 2 minutes or until it’s as toasted as you wish. Turn over and do the same.
- Slide some mayonnaise on that beautiful piece of bread. One side is plenty but you do you.
- Stack the sandwich in this order
- Lettuce on the mayonnaise side
- 2 slices of tomato
- Sliced avocado, fanned out
- Last but not least, fan out the salami chips
Be sure to add the salami last as it will lose its crunch if it sits on anything with some kind of water content.
